Beetroot and Fig Smoothie

Thick, creamy, delicious smoothie with beetroot, figs, bananas, and almond milk or kefir! A balanced beverage that will keep you happy and full for hours.

  • ½ raw beetroot, chopped into small chunks

  • 3 raw figs, chopped into quarters

  • 1 banana, chopped into chunks

  • 1 tsp. white grass powder

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • ½ cup kefir or natural yoghurt

  • ½ cup almond milk  

  • 1 handful of chopped almonds to serve


Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until a homogenous mixture forms. If it appears too thick, add a little water or more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.


Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chopped almonds to serve.
