Beetroot and Fig Smoothie
Thick, creamy, delicious smoothie with beetroot, figs, bananas, and almond milk or kefir! A balanced beverage that will keep you happy and full for hours.

Ingredients

½ raw beetroot, chopped into small chunks

3 raw figs, chopped into quarters

1 banana, chopped into chunks

1 tsp. white grass powder

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup kefir or natural yoghurt

½ cup almond milk
-
1 handful of chopped almonds to serve
Method
Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until a homogenous mixture forms. If it appears too thick, add a little water or more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle with chopped almonds to serve.
