This refreshing berry banana smoothie was designed by the very lovely Kit; a 7 years old boy who loves all sorts of different experiments, including those involving food!
This smoothie is the perfect healthy snack or even breakfast!
* Gluten free, Egg free, Dairy free
200 ml almond milk
1 cm3 fresh ginger root
Combine the raspberries, blueberries, banana, kiwi, apple, ginger and almond
milk in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste. You always can add more almond milk to give it a more liquid consistency, or ice to
make it colder.
(Optional step: Strain to remove any seeds. Blend all the ingredients, except the ice, and strain again to remove any stubborn strawberry seeds. Return the smoothing mix to the blender, add ice and pulse until
