Winter Detox Soup

I came up with this recipe because it is winter and, after the long festive menus of December, my body was craving some food that was both light and easy and at the same time warm and comforting! This soup is based on chicken stock, which is a remedy in itself, and a variety of “not overcooked” green vegetables, which can vary in your recipe from those I have included bellow. It will keep you warm, help to nourish your body with nutrients that are easy to digest, will help you fight any inflammation in your body and help you to detoxify.
I recommend using all organic ingredients if possible, but especially the chicken.
