This recipe is very handy during the hot summer weather. It is wonderfully easy, delicious and super quick to make!
* Gluten free, Egg free,
1 frozen banana (defrosted for 20 minutes
2 small frozen apples (defrosted for 20 minutes)
½ cup frozen red currants, raspberries or berries of choice
1 cup thick home-made kefir or natural yogurt
For the decoration:
Add all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until a homogenous mixture forms. Pour the mixture into a small bowl and top with your sprig of mint and red currants.
